About Event

This virtual workshop will provide an overview of omics data analysis and its potential applications in various fields of life sciences, from basic sciences to healthcare and biomedicine. This workshop covers various aspects of computational analysis of omics data, including different sequencing technologies, experimental setup, and steps for NGS data analysis (QC, assembly, annotation, gene expression, and network analysis). In addition, the participants will get the foundations of computational tools and methods related to these topics with hands-on experience exploring various omics data. Tutors who deliver all the sessions have 15+ years of experience in the field.
